We look for multifamily properties built in the 1980’s or newer with value-add potential. The properties must be located in established and well-liked neighborhoods with a proven track record of demand for rental housing. With value-add properties we look for ways to improve the property by upgrading the units and exterior of the property, increasing occupancy, and lowering operating costs.
RV Resorts
We look for RV resorts with water, sewer, and electric connections. The properties must have lake or water access and have family-oriented recreational amenities. We look for properites with opportunities for expansion and facility enhancements.
Self Storage
We look for self storage facilities that are privately owned and have value-add potential. The properties must be located in areas with a proven tack record in storage rentals. The value-add component of self-storage that we look for is the ability to lower the operating costs, add additional units, or upgrade existing units.
